- TC will work directly with the client using ServiceStation RE to facilitate utility installs etc. without outsourcing
- Brokerage Compliance: Review and Submit documents, dates, and request CDA in Broker’s Back Office to ensure you are compliant and get paid!
- Congratulations + Ongoing Connections with Buyers at 30/90/365 days + Homestead reminder at your preferred reminder.
Listing Coordination
Let us handle your listing! We will ensure a complete listing including all customizations for Teams and Team Leaders
Included in Basic level ($175):

- Sign & Lockbox install - we will use your signs and lockboxes held at our contracted facility and installed by our service at the property on the date you request.
